I Want To Add An Affiliate Code Into WordPress, How Do I Do That?

pasting the code just doesn’t work. can someone please give me the trick to this? i’ve been attempting all day. thanks!!

    you just paste the code that is generated on the affiliates web page—-
    are you sure wordpress allows 3rd party advertising besides google?
    ask this–does wordpress allow 3rd party advertising??
