I Work In Financial Services And I Am Wondering If There Are Any Rules On Disclosure For Online Trading?
My job mainly focuses on accounting for mutual funds and does not involve anything that could specifically affect the stock of the company or any other company. The stocks I have invested in are mostly indexes (ETFs) and mutual funds. If there are rules that I wasn’t aware of, am I in much trouble?
If you don’t have your securities license then I wouldn’t worry about it.
