Home based businesses are pretty simple to do. I have quite a few friends that have home based businesses and only work out of their home. I think the best one is in the telecommuniations industry with the largest direct selling Telecommunication service provider in the world. They are 15 years old with head quarters in Farmington Hills Michigan, Charlotte North Carolina, Amsterdam, Sydney and Montreal. They have been featured in several magazines like USA Today, Success, Fortune etc. Inc 500 rated them the 22nd fastest growing company in revenue in it’s first five years. They are registered with the BBB and FDSA as well.
They market in services people use every day and pay for anyway. Services like Local and Long Distance telephones, Internet, Digital, video phones, Satellite TV, and all the major cellular phone companies like T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, Nextell, Altell etc as well. We save people money and make money at the same time. Every single month these people pay their bills, we make a percentage over and over again each month. Donald Trump has endorsed our company and uses the services as well.
How many people do you know, or know of around the world that uses one or more of these services or products? . A lot of people right? You can save them money and make money.
If this is an industry that you would like to learn more about, you should contact Tiffany at kaiden4@aol.com and she can answer any questions and go over everything with you.
There are so many different types of businesses you can do from home. You just have to find one that interests you most.
Here’s a key factor to things you should look into when going to get involved in a business,
    1. How long have they been in business? If it’s under five years their is a huge risk factor. but it could be very well profitable for you if it all pans out.
    2. Do they have a proven track record? Meaning are there people involved in the industry or a particular company that have succeeded? Don’t pay attention to people who “failed” in their businesses, because businesses fail all the time. Look for people who have succeeded in whatever industry your looking into.
    3. Do they have a physical address that you can go to? Meaning, not just a P.O. box, but a “real” address.
    4. Do they have a training system? If your knew to an industry, do the companies that your partnering up with have training available to you, so you can learn the ins and outs?
    5. Have they been in several magazines Such as Success,
Fortune, USA Today. Has Inc 500 rated them? Inc 500 takes the top 500 companies with the fastest growing revenues in their first five years in business. This can show you how well the company is growing.
    6. Are they registered with the BBB? This one is not too important. You’ll find all sorts of complaints from workers to representatives to consumers etc. You won’t find anything posted from people with positive things. It’s another blog. The only thing it’s really usefull for is to show that the business is a real business and does exist. Every business owner knows what’s said about companies in complaints to the BBB as well as blogs and reports are bogus. It DOES NOT constitute rather a business is legit or a scam. Even the postings. I can elaborate on that if you wish.
    7. Meet the co-founders.
    8. Who’s involved in the business and do they use the products. Example Donald Trump has endorsed a business and he uses their products.
    9. What’s the compensation plan
    10. What does the start up cost take care of? It should take care of your licesning, accounts payables, accounts receivables, Inventory, billings, customer service, rep services, workman’s comp, employees etc etc.
    Another tip:
You can’t beleive advertisements or blogs A few things that you should take a look at before getting involved in any company. Im using what we looked for and the answers we’ve found to help guide you into checking if a business is real for you or not. Don’t go to blogs because they don’t distinguish if a business is legit, real or not. Blogs are places that negative people go to only to vent their flustrations on something that did not work for them. Usually these people are the ones who did not do what was needed to succeed in business because they didn’t put the time or effort needed to succeed, or do what other’s who “have” succeeded in that particular industry had advised them to do. They didn’t follow the advice thoughrly *excuse the spelling, spell check isn’t working for some reason* Anyhow, these blogs people go and post all these negative things that are usually 80 false accusations. They can’t fess up to the fact of the real reason why they failed in business. Instead of standing up and admitting to what they really did or did not do, they try and pass the buck onto someone or something else to try and justify their failure. Basically to make them feel better and luer people away from what could of been a big time opportunity for them to do something with their lives. That’s what blogs are basically about. So when searching for a business for yourself, look for yourself, not anyone else’s. Talk to the people who are involved in the company “now” not then. The ones involved then and not now are failures that are only going to give you negative feed back and take it away from you. Which isn’t right. You need to be a leader not a follower. If your a follower of negative impact, your going to fail! That’s not what you want to do. Businesses take time to build. The average time to build a business is anywhere from 2 to 5 years. Depending on how much work and effort you put into it. Most people quit under 3, because they gave up on what they could of had because the income wasn’t what they wanted it to be. Instead of working their business and acheive what they wanted in whatever time frame it took, they throw there hands up in the air and quit, or get too much negative feed back from others just out to destroy their dream, then they quit and turn around and go along with what everyone else says and call it a scam or a fake or whatever. Don’t let these people pull you into their lifestyle. They’re unhappy people who didn’t have what it took to succeed, not did they take the time and real effort into “building” a business.
    Good Luck!

Just do as I did last year and I am making a few thousands per months now from my kitchen table and ebay.
Now I have a business that I can even sell if I want to cash out and do something else…
Start the business from your home without borrowing any money (you have $50 anyway – if not…)
There are a few ebook on the web that teaches you how to do it.
Watch out. Don’t buy an ebook that also sells you stuff or an ebook that tells you to sell stuff to your family and friends that’s BS.
If you have $50 for buying stock in your city, read that book
Read the sales page you will learn a lot already.

God Bless You and You Family!
Only you can decide for yourself what type of online or offline business is right for you. There are literally thousands of work-from-home and work-from-anywhere businesses out there and the cost can range anywhere from $0 to $100,s per month.
The cold and bitter truth about business opportunities is: you get what you pay for. And by pay I mean in cash or work. To be successful you either need to buy a turnkey system that does all the work (or most of it) for you, or, if you join a less expensive system, you need to go out there and recruit others into your business (downline) or you need to sell tons of products online just to get your investment back.
All in all, nobody else should make this decision for you. It can be a life-changing decision indeed and what YOU put into it is ultimately going to determine YOUR success.
I made my own decision just recently and joined a well established telecommunications company that allows me to work from anywhere. The thing that got me is that the company is endorsed by Donald Trump. And Donald Trump is THE MAN when it comes to recognizing great business opportunities. With a 3 yr old and 2 yr old twins I know what you mean by wanting something flexible. 5 children must be a very fun challenge!
I also know what you mean by not wanting to sell or just push a product.
I love what I do and it helped me get in shape, be healthier and really help others! My wife loves it too and is steadily building a good income.
You do not need any special training. All you need is a commitment to your own fitness program and the desire to help others.
I make money every week and I get Free customers directly from advertising that the company does. I know you have seen the ads for Power 90, P90X, Turbo Jam or Hip Hop abs, Slim in 6 etc.
The cost is so small (under $40.00 to get your business Kit and then 14.95 per month for a website).
I can help you get started and it is real simple. The business can build itself after just a little effort on your part. Anyone can do it. You just need to support people and stay consistent with your own fitness program.
Let me know if you want help with this. I am so happy I found something like this and get very excited to share it with people. I get paid every week and still can’t believe it!
    Have a Great Day!

I have a direct sales business with a candle company. One of the best things that I like about them is that I have the option to make money either by online retail/home parties/fundraisers/wholesale . Since you don’t want to do home parties this could be very easy for you to do. And once your babies are in school you could easily suggest the candles as a fundraiser. If you know anyone who has a small shop and would be willing to work out a consignment deal you could have some on display in their store and receive comissions that way……better yet get them to sign up as a wholesaler and you make money every time they place and order for merchandise. Another great thing I love about them is that they offer the website for free for 30 days! There are NO monthly minimums or quotas. You can quit at anytime with no hassle. Please feel free to check out http://www.LusciousCandleScents.com and click on Consultant Program for a little more info. I recommend signing up today because you have literally nothing to lose by trying them out. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact me!

My wife and I bought our own home based franchise a few months ago and we love it. When we started researching we didn’t want to go door to door, didn’t want to sell something that people could get from Walmart at half the price, and didn’t want to sell stuff that was “like” the name brand items. So we went with an online travel website. The corp built it, maintains it, and tracks it. All we do is promote it and collect our checks. Plus we’re not selling something “like” the Hilton or “like” Disney Cruises. We’re selling the Hilton and Disney Cruises.
Check out our website for more information http://www.flybymetravel.com and click on the pink buttons on the left to view our presentations.
Good luck and contact me with and questions.

    Hello,
I am a stay at home mom as well and have sold several different party based businesses. Over the last 10 years the one that has stuck with me is Tastefully Simple. These products sell themselves. I love them and that is why it has worked for me because I show my excitement about the products to everyone I MEET. I do have a few parties every 3-6 months months but most of my business is done now by email or online orders. Call me if you have any questions. I would love to tell you more.

I have tried many “work from home” systems and all have failed! However I just got in to a system and it is the best thing ever!! I work just a few hours a day and I bring in LOADS of cash. It’s not that hard do but with anything the more time you put into it the more you will get out. Best of all there’s no selling, no products!! Shoot me an email if you want more information I will be happy to tell you about it!

    wow 5 kids….well you musnt have a tv…LOL
anyway i commend you for doing this. THere are lots of ways but you should start with the simple thing of getting some help.
First thing I did to do this was get a mentor?
what the hell is a mentor? someone that is already doing better than you that can show you how to become successful.
I talk to him every second day without fail….and since then quit my job.

Hi! Yes, I have some thoughts on this, but there’s no way to be ‘right’ in providing guidance to you without knowing more information. There’s lots of opportunities you could pursue, but without the right mindset, discipline, and a good mentor, you will be working an uphill struggle. My wife and I started considering her re-joining the workforce now that our little one are getting into school, and we came to the conclusion that it wouldn’t be ‘worth it’ based on the additional taxes and expenses. You’re on the right track. You need to consider what you really like (interests), what you’re good at (skills), and check whether there’s a market and a business system out there which addresses your interests and skills. You need to expand your thinking a bit, as there is selling in everything you do. You sell what’s for dinner sometimes. There’s no real opportunity without moving products or services or both, and in any case, there’s always selling. Don’t let anyone tell you differently. I know of a great opportunity, and I have tried many different ‘home-based’ businesses. I believe the only real requirement is to treat it like a business. That requires a different mindset. It’s not easy, but it’s very worthwhile. If you want more information, I am happy to help. Send a note to arthurpap.ma@gmail.com. Here’s to your success!
