I am working in a software industry for the past 7 years and I want to quit my job and become self-emploed and work as freelancer in software industry. Can some body give me tips.

I have lived in Ontario for a couple of years now and have been doing some freelancing for companies both in the US and Canada. As I am physically located and working in Canada, am I correct that all of my income counts as Canadian income?
